It was a World War II hideout for underwater and is a beautiful photographic background. On the small uninhabited island of Formikoula, the boat goes to a small bay where you can swim and explore the seabed. Stopping in Kasto and Kalamos you have time to enjoy the island pulse and have a coffee or a refreshing drink. Two additional swimming stops are also part of the program. Hiking in the valley of Acheron

According to Greek mythology, the souls of the dead wandered in the valley of Acheron. The messenger of the god Hermes and the boatman Charos led the souls along the river Acheron and over Lake Acherousia to the kingdom of the dead of Hades. Today, you only follow the voice of the wild. The unspoiled natural landscape of the Acheron River is a very popular destination for nature lovers and hikers. Acheron is ideal for river walks. The starting point for this fantastic experience in nature is the small village of Glyki.
